用途及构成：
本机组是我公司参照国外先进设备，结合几十年塑机生产的经验而开发的升级换代产品，是用于制作PP绳，又叫亚麻绳，南韩麻绳，强度高，耐磨，适用于高空作业，沿海港口，水产养殖，海上作业高强度圆丝，及二次成型的塑料亚麻扁丝的理想设备。
本机组由挤出机、冷却水箱、五辊牵引机、空气循环加热烘箱、五辊牵引成型机、卧式收卷机、电控箱七大部件组成。
特点：
1、采用混炼型高强度合金钢螺杆、具有塑化性能好，挤出量均匀，耐腐蚀、耐磨损等优点。
2、新颖模头结构，滤网更换方便，耐热合金喷丝板，喷丝尺寸统一。
3、五辊牵引机设置联动装置，实现速度同步调节。
4、冷、热水箱由不锈钢板制作，永不生锈。
5、卧式收卷机由力矩电机实现单丝收卷。收卷平稳噪声低、节能、可靠性好。
